The Héléna Marie Vase takes a cylindrical vase and gives it a subtle twist: its handmade contours are intentionally irregular, creating a form that feels both minimal and expressive. It can hold a few stems, or stand alone as a sculptural object. We see it on a table filled with a few generous stems, or placed throughout the home as a sculptural accent. The wider base and narrow neck make arranging flowers particularly easy.
Designed by Belgian artist Marie Michielssen, whose work explores the relationship between everyday objects, function, and form.
