Terms of Sale

1. General
Superlight Studio (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) provides floral arrangements and related products for local delivery within Philadelphia. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale.
2. Perishable Goods
All floral products are made with fresh, seasonal materials and are perishable. Each arrangement is intended to be enjoyed in the moment; the natural lifespan of flowers varies according to stem variety, environment, temperature, humidity, and care.
Once delivered, we cannot guarantee specific longevity or performance, as care conditions fall outside of our control.
3. Product Availability & Substitutions
All floral designs are created using seasonal and market-available materials.
Product photos and samples shown online or on social media are illustrative of style, scale, and palette, not exact replicas.
If certain flower varieties or colors are unavailable due to market conditions, weather, or supplier limitations, we reserve the right to substitute botanicals of equal or greater value, maintaining the intended aesthetic and integrity of the design.
We do not offer refunds on the basis of substitutions.
4. Delivery Policy
Availability:
Local delivery is offered Thursdays and Fridays within the following Philadelphia ZIP codes: 19102, 19104, 19106, 19107, 19121, 19122, 19123, 19125, 19130, 19133, 19134, 19147.
Delivery dates are subject to availability and may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.
Delivery Window:
Deliveries typically occur between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may be affected by traffic, weather, route changes, or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Fees:
Delivery rates vary by ZIP code and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
5. Recipient Information & Delivery Attempts
We may contact the customer or the designated recipient to confirm that someone is available to receive the order, or to coordinate delivery details if needed. You may grant permission to leave the arrangement at the delivery location.
If permission is granted:
Superlight Studio is not responsible for damage, deterioration, theft, weather exposure, or loss once the delivery is complete.
If permission is not granted and the recipient is unavailable:
The arrangement will be returned to our studio.
We will contact the customer to coordinate redelivery.
A redelivery fee may apply.
Returned arrangements will be held for up to 24 hours. After that time, due to the product’s perishable nature, the order will be considered forfeited and non-refundable.
6. Refunds & Replacements
We select and design every arrangement with care, using the best seasonal materials available. If you have concerns about the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@superlightstudio.com, including photos when possible. We will review your case and, at our discretion, may issue:
a partial refund, or
a replacement arrangement.
Requests received after 24 hours cannot be accommodated. Please do not discard the flowers before contacting us, as this may limit our ability to assist.
All floral products are final sale due to their perishable nature.
7. Order Modifications & Cancellations
All floral products are prepared to order.
Order changes or cancellations must be requested at least 1 day (24 hours) before the scheduled delivery date.
Once the order falls within the 24-hour fulfillment window, it becomes final and non-refundable, regardless of whether flowers have already been purchased, processed, or designed.
8. Gift Cards
We offer digital gift cards for purchase through our website.
Gift cards are non-refundable, final sale, and non-transferable.
They may be redeemed for any eligible products or services available in our store at the time of redemption, including floral arrangements, and custom floral offerings.
Gift cards do not expire.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, used toward gratuity, or used to purchase other gift cards.
Promotions, discounts, or coupons cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards.
If a gift card is lost or accessed without authorization, we may reissue it upon proof of purchase. We are not responsible for unauthorized use.

9. Special & Bespoke Orders
Custom floral designs are created using our creative direction and seasonal availability. Due to the nature of these orders:
All bespoke or special floral orders are final sale and non-refundable.
We cannot guarantee availability of specific flower varieties or colors. Substitutions may occur at the designer’s discretion to maintain overall aesthetic and value.
These terms apply to single-arrangement or small custom orders intended for delivery.
Event florals, installations, commercial arrangements, and large-scale floral work are subject to separate contracts and terms, which may include:
Deposits
payment schedules
cancellation and postponement policies
vessel or prop rentals and loss/damage fees
venue requirements and insurance (COI)
design direction flexibility
setup and breakdown services
Separate documents will be provided for these projects on a case-by-case basis.
10. Force Majeure
Superlight Studio is not liable for delays, disruptions, or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, market shortages, transportation delays, government actions, strikes, or accidents.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time.
All changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
